Morning session

The morning session was devoted to a general explanation of the areas of application in studying magnetic properties, oxidation states, compounds, and metal structure. In the afternoon, reviews of the Mossbauer investigations of iron, tin, iodine, tellurium, and some of the rare earth elements were presented. The morning session of the FE exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions (4 choices per question) on general engineering, math, and science topics, as shown in Table 23.1. Each correct answer is worth 1 point, and no points are deducted for wrong answers. Therefore, all questions should be answered.

This was the only site that required the authors to wear both a safety helmet and a reflective vest. The authors visited this site twice and discovered that safety awareness is quite good on this site. AU workers wear a safety helmet, and all visitors are required to wear a reflective vest. Safety measures have the common flaw of requiring contractors to invest a significant amount of money. Implementation of KYT, however, requires a negligible sum of money to reduce careless behaviour during a risky job and raise the safety motivation of workers.
