Inspections documents

The QAP system additionally was developped for inspection documentation purposes to meet the modern requirements in process documentation (ISO 9000). It is the basic system required to install a fully automated inspection by a camera system and image processing.

At Site I, the prime contractor s SSAHP required daily site inspections, the documentation of safety and health deficiencies, and the abatement of deficiencies. Records of site deficiencies, however, were kept intermittently, and hazard abatement was not documented. The subcontractor s SSAHP did not address site inspections and hazard abatement, but its TSCA permit application included requirements for site inspections. The calibration test sheets form the evidence necessary to demonstrate the accuracy of data gathered during product manufacture and as such are key inspection documents. The formation of QAU is perhaps one of the first steps that needs to be taken for GLP compliance and one that plays a major role in maintaining and inspecting documentation associated with all GLP studies within the facility. The purpose of the QAU is to monitor each study and assure management that the facilities, equipment, personnel. 

The officer in charge of quality control is responsible for the area of quality control and inspections, for the condition of the inspection layouts and devices, for the development and keeping of inspection documentation, and for observance of all prescribed inspection procedures. 

Figure 9.1 shows the SMS sections, the elements, the minimum standards, and the minimum standards detail, as well as the point allocation for those particular standards. To ensure conformity of measurement, an audit book incorporates an auditor s guide indicating what to look for during the physical inspection, documentation to verify the measurement, and questions to ask to ascertain conformance to the standard. The common misconception among drivers is that the pretrip inspection is the inspection documented in the driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR). This is incorrect. The posttrip inspection is required to be documented. 

For transport of water for haemodialysis and purified water, plastics may be used for the tubing. However for these materials it is also required that connections are meticulously welded, inspected, documented and cleaned. The use of glues (e.g. the glue to join classical grey plastic, PVC, tubes for non-pharmaceutical use) introduces an unacceptable uncertainty because residues of the glue and solvents may contaminate the water. Analysis of this kind of contaminants preceding the formal acceptance of the system is not a realistic option [9, 10].

Safety and health inspection checklists can take many fonns however, the primary purpose is to identify potential hazards in your workplace. Inspection documentation can take many forms, including the checklist identified below, a narrative format with explanation of each identified potential hazard, a graded checklist, a dated checklist wherein the number of times the potential hazard has been identified in previous inspections is identified, and whatever format is appropriate to your operations. It is important to conduct the site inspection and completion of the inspection documents on a frequent and consistent basis. The inspection document should be customized to the operation and ensure that the inspection encompasses all of the applicable standards as well as other potential hazards in the workplace.

Without prejudice to the right of inspectors in accordance with paragraph 47 of Part II of the Verification Annex to inspect documentation and records they deem relevant to the conduct of their mandate, the inspected State Party shall make available to the inspectors upon request as soon as possible, but not later than 24 hours, records and documentation listed in Attachment 15 to this Agreement, that will be routinely required for the conduct of an inspection.
