HIF pathway can be stimulated in normoxic conditions by various growth factors, hormones, and cytokines (Richard et al., 2000 Page et al., 2002 Kodama et aL, 2003 Ma et al., 2004). In most cases the basis of the stimulation is not known.

The systemic responses that accompany trauma and inflammation are known as the acute phase response (D16). The present evidence supports the idea that this is an adaptive response conditioning the milieu interieur so that inflammation and healing may progress optimally. A complex array of hormones and cytokines induces and controls the components of this response and it is rapidly becoming clear that these and the nervous system are closely integrated. 

Progression is also influenced by factors specific to the host tissue s environment, such as the action of hormones and cytokines produced in stroma around the developing epithelial tumor, and changes in tissue structure. lEN shows these changes and provides a suitable target for treatment intervention because of its phenotypic and genotypic similarities and evolutionary proximity to invasive cancer. 

In DKA the major culprit is insulin deficiency. Insulin deficiency may be relative, for example, in the setting of severe infection, where normal amounts of insulin are insufficient or absolute when insulin therapy is neglected. At some stage insulin deficiency becomes coupled with an excess of counter-regulatory hormones and cytokines [9,10]. The traditional catabolic (stress) hormones include glucagon, epinephrine. 

For detecting zinc ion, we used three different cell lines V79, PC-12 is derived from rat pheochromocytoma and Hep G2 is human hepatocyte carcinoma. These cells were cultured in fetal bovine serum (FBS) containing medium to supply not only an energy source and amino acids, but also some hormones and cytokines.
