Poorer responses to psychotherapy can be expected for those with more severe symptoms or the generalized subtype of social anxiety disorder, those who are poorly compliant with homework assignments, and those who enter therapy with little expectation of benefit. This problem is an example of a situation where you have to wade through all the information to figure out what s needed to answer the question. The fact that there are 4 tests, 10 quizzes, and 20 homework assignments has nothing to do with the question. Also, there aren t any clue words such as difference or less. To answer the question, Ruby needs to subtract 847 from 920 to see how many points she needs. Then she can compare that answer to the number of points possible. Doing the subtraction, 920 - 847 = 73. It looks like, if Ruby gets 73 percent of the points on the test, she ll get her A. 

Monitoring the discomfort in this way can create a certain distance from it. Discussions surrounding the management of withdrawal symptoms should be summarised and encapsulated in a set of self-instructions the clients practise as a homework assignment.
