Gotu kola

Kola is not to be confused with gotu kola (Centella asiatica) (Gruenwald et al. 1998). Gotu kola is indigenous to Southeast Asia, and shows some antidepressant and sedative-like effects in animals, but has not yet been thoroughly researched. [Pg.97]
