An MRL of 0.4 mg/kg/day has been derived for intermediate-duration oral exposure to di-/ -octylphthalate. P-450 or P-450 reductase, induction responses, spectral and binding studies, and microsomal (endoplasmic reticulum) location and requirement for NADPH, O2 etc. (Burke 1981).
