Although a eover sheet is not mandatory, it is reeommended and ean be eflfeetive to make sure that some type of sign-off is ineorporated. This following information should be ineluded

An indicator that someone is truly interested in the HASP prior to approval is in the comments or questions received prior to placement of any signature.

As PWB technology is refined to provide greater integration using finer conductor lines, there is renewed interest in hquid resists. The absence of a cover sheet and the abihty to apply thinner films both contribute to improved resolution and to an intrinsically lower consumables cost (16,17). 

The provisional appHcation can be filed in a non-Fnglish language, but if it is, an English translation is also requited. The provisional appHcation must include a cover sheet which (/) confirms provisional status, (2) Hsts the inventors and the tide of the invention, (J) provides the attorney s name and registration number (if appHcable), and (4) provides the correspondence address. 

Antimony hardens the lead used in the manufacture of small arms ammunition. Antimony alloyed with lead is also used in cable covering, sheet and pipe, and collapsible tubes. In these appHcations, antimony is utilized to increase strength and inhibit corrosion. 

Typical of the temporary or manufacturing aid coating systems is the RISTON dry film photoresist for printed circuit (PC) board fabrication. This was the first of these systems developed. The RISTON product stmcture and the basic steps in its use are shown in Figure 2. It consists of a photopolymer sheet laminated between a Mylar cover sheet and a polyolefin separation sheet. It is manufactured as a continuous web (see Coating PROCESSES, survey), and is suppHed in roUs of varying width and photopolymer composition. 

Functional adhesives provide the bonded product with a new or enhanced attribute. For example, adhesives now exist which promote the penetration of fluids into bonded non-woven products by virtue of their low contact angle with water [82]. These materials have been used successfully in both diapers and sanitary napkins for bonding the non-woven cover sheet to the absorbent core. Other examples are water absorbing adhesives that can act as wetness indicators by changing color [69] or can be bonded once moistened ]99]. Additional functionalities are currently underdevelopment. 

Requests for permission to conduct clinical trials with pharmaceuticals in the US are termed Investigational New Drug Applications (INDs). The applications are actually a request for an exemption to supply a drug without a marketing authorisation. A cover sheet (Form 1571) must accompany the application. This cover sheet should also be used with each subsequent communication with the FDA, with each form consecutively numbered, starting at 000 for the initial submission. A copy of the form is shovm in Figure 5.6.

It is therefore recommended that, particularly for large submissions, the Index immediately follows the Form FDA 356h and, if applicable, the User Fee Cover Sheet (Form FDA 3397).

After the protective cover sheet is peeled off from the Photopolymer Plate, a negative film is placed on the plate in a complete contact with the plate under vacuum. The negative film used here, should have a density of below 0.08 in the light transmitting area and over 2.6-3.0 in the non-light-transmitting area.

The vendor shall provide sufficient written instructions and all necessary drawings to enable the purchaser to install, operate, and maintain all of the equipment covered by the purchase order.
