Earth electrodes connected to the earth terminal of an electric fence controller must be separate from the earthing system of any other circuit and should be situated outside the resistance area of any electrode used for protective earthing. The electric fence controller and the fence wire must be installed so that they do not come into contact with any power, telephone or radio systems, including poles. Agricultural and horticultural installations should be tested and inspected in accordance with Part 6 of the Wiring Regulations every three years.

Fixed capital includes the capital requested for (1) all the process and manufacturing machinery and equipment, installed and ready for operation, and (2) nonmanufacturing machinery and equipment items which include land and buildings installations for generation or distribution of utilities (steam, electricity, water, air, gas) shops, warehouses, and transportation facilities employee and office facilities research and control laboratories and miscellaneous items such as fences, railroads, roads, yard lighting, and telephones. If a plant is to be built in a new location where none of these items of service is available,. the nonmanufacturing capital required must be estimated in the same manner as the items of process equipment. 

The service station comes with one complete mould carrier on its freestanding frame. It is equipped with a dedicated thermoregulator for warming of moulds destined to be inserted on the moulding line, along with all the required safety fences/light barriers, controls, and connections for air, water and electrical power. 

Enclosure for electrical installations. Electrical installations in a vault, room, closet or in an area surrounded by a wall, screen, or fence, access to which is controlled by lock and key or other equivalent means, are considered to be accessible to qualified persons only. A wall, screen, or fence less than 8 feet (2.44 m) in height is not considered adequate to prevent access unless it has other features that provide... 

Underground services must be located and marked where applicable, using plans, etc. Overhead power lines should be disconnected, but otherwise fenced/signed. Water, gas and electricity supplies must be disconnected. Fall prevention and protection techniques will be required in accordance with the Construction Regulations hierarchy of control. PPE required by assessments must be provided and worn. Dust should be controlled by a combination of damping down, housekeeping, work methods and local exhaust ventilation. Defined noise protection zones, barriers and work rotation combine to tackle noise above the action levels. Site boundary noise output may be the subject of local authority controls.
