Collecting the information

The NIST diskette contains bibliography on some 5000 reactions which covers the literature up to within about one year of the publication of the diskette. It is updated regularly. However, although a range of information from each paper held is presented, there is no evaluation of the material. [Pg.258]

There is no corresponding up-to-date hard-copy compilation. The bibliographies prepared by Kerr and Moss, which cover much of the literature through to the late 1970s are extremely useful for older material [23]. Kinetic data can age quite rapidly as advances in techniques produce more accurate data, but such older bibliographies can be of occasional value. [Pg.258]

Modern review articles can be useful in providing not only up-to-date bibliography on the rate measurements but also references to related topics which the evaluator often needs to consult.
