The explosion of graphical software and the ability of database management systems to store graphical data provide a mechanism for designing and implementing clip art to convey certain meaning to the user. For example traffic lights have been used to convey the status of data collection forms. 

PowerPoint is a presentation tool that is included in Microsoft Office. Just as it is easy to edit, rewrite, and print documents in Word, these features are also available when preparing slide presentations. Drawings, clip art, and other special effects are easily added to your presentation to make it more effective. 

Clip art can be inserted by selecting insert from the toolbar, picture from the pop-up menu, and clip art. ... 

If you re applying for a traditional job, don t include clip art or graphic images within your resume. This is only appropriate if you re hoping to land a job as an artist, or plan to work in an industry such as advertising, where employers are looking for creativity. Also, refrain from adding a photo of yourself to your resume. 

Use real photos, preferably in color color brings more emotions to mind. Don t use clip art or cartoons. These are already characterizations and, thus, may limit free association creativity.

Clip art can be found on a variety of internet sites, and on CDs. These images can be copied and pasted into your document.
