Responsibilities, and Accountability

Everyone is responsible for accident prevention. This stat ent also means that no one in particular is accountable or responsible. Three entities must be accountable and responsible for accident prevention. Each one has distinct responsibilities for which they should be held accountable. These three entities are [Pg.81]
