To a third-party agent wishing to interface with HyperChem, HyperChem always acts as a server. The triparty repo mechanism is a relatively recent development and is designed to make the repo arrangement accessible to a wider range of market counterparties. Essentially it introduces a third-party agent in between...

All securitization structures incorporate a cash waterfall process, whereby all the cash that is generated by the asset pool is paid in order of payment priority. Only when senior obligations have been met can more junior obligations be paid. Economists have long emphasized that in health care, identification of the consumer is ambiguous. Is it the patient, the physician acting as a professional agent on behalf of the patient, or is it the third-party payer In most but not all countries, pharmaceutical manufacturer sales representatives, called detailers, are permitted to visit physicians in their offices and provide them with promotional material. Representatives from pharmaceutical manufacturers also interact with public-sector payers such as ministries of health, as well as with private-sector payers, such as insurers and self-insured employers in the United States. 

When philosophers refer to the problem or weakness of will and the problem of self-deception, they usually have in mind the question how these phenomena are at all possible. Davidson and Pears have pioneered in offering non-mythical answers to that question. When non-philosophers refer to these problems, they are more likely to have in mind the question how weakness of will and self-deception can be overcome. Both questions turn upon the notion of the divided self. For these paradoxical phenomena to be possible, there must be some breakdown of internal communication in the mind. To restore communication, or to prevent the defective lines from doing serious damage, some further action is required. Whether this also needs a separate, further agent is more doubtful. While it might appear that a third party is needed to prevent the subversive action of one part of the self against another, it is more plausible to identify the referee with one of the parts - but operating at a different time. I return to this issue in several later sections. 

Once the site is selected, the land purchase must be made. Usually a third party such as a real estate agent is employed to do this work. It is advisable first to secure an option to buy the land so that all of the potential problems can be evaluated or solved before the purchase is made. Other negotiations besides the purchase or lease of the site also need to be negotiated. Zoning, easement, building costs, access roads, taxes, and the like need to be settled before the land is purchased. It is best to keep the identity of the purchaser secret while all this is being handled. Contact between the plant owner and utilities, railroads, pipelines, and the local community need to be finalized in writing before a final purchase. 

The JADE-S (i.e., Secure-JADE) add-on to JADE is a third party enhancement to the framework that implements numbers of security services, including user/agent authentication, authorization and secure intra-platform communication. It makes the platform a multi-user environment where all components (i.e., agents and containers) are owned by users who are responsible for their actions. Additionally, a security policy can be enforced in order to allow or deny actions only on chosen subset of agents or users. 

In order to achieve it Bob creates a mobile agent, gives the photo as a load to carry, sets the policy, and provides Alice s number as destination. Mobile agent queries Alice s session key from a trusted third party, encrypts the load, and travels to the destination. Upon arrival it searches for the decryption key and if the key is found the photo is decrypted and presented on Alice s terminal. 

Recommendation 2-2. The Chemical Materials Agency should seek to provide funding to state authorities for third-party or other support to facilitate the analysis and disposition of trial bum data. This would shorten the time needed to obtain approval for incinerators at chemical agent disposal facilities and allow them to proceed more rapidly to a full processing rate. 

Patienfs direcf paymenf for prescriptions has been replaced with third-party purchasers, who are agents for the ultimate payers, the health benefit sponsors (employers). Thus, patients have little knowledge of the total costs of the prescribed medications. As a result, the costs of fhe medications are hidden from patienfs because of fixed small dollar copayments or limited coinsurance costs at the point of service. 

All three agents should be included in formularies and covered by third-party payers so that physicians and patients may determine the most appropriate agent on an individual basis.
