Technical proposal

The requirements for quality are the objectives which the organization is committed to achieving through the contract. They may relate to products, services, or both. The vehicle for you to define and document how these objectives will be met is called a quality plan but may be known by other names such as a project plan or contract plan. In some cases the requirement may be met in the form of a technical proposal by the supplier to the customer. 

The different lubricant suppliers made a technical proposal of their services (technical approach, monitoring, quality of the products, take back lubricants exhaust from the sugar mill, reports on lubricant consumption, environmental benefits like water consumption reduction, energy savings, increase of equipment life-cycles, statistics and controlling) as well as a time schedule for the work plan. Each of the suppliers accepted agreements concluded in a collaboration contract between the Mexican Cleaner Production Centre, the sugar mill and the lubricants supplier.

The cumulative cost versus time is measured at each level. These characteristics make this life cycle a generic design frame, both in feasibility studies and technical proposals, as well as in contractor engineering projects.
