Glass Storage. Processed glass is stored on concrete pads or in sUo bins until deUvered to glass manufacturers.

Nature of the barium species involved in the NO storage process... 

On the other hand, if the feed gas contains H20 and/or C02 the most abundant barium species involved in the storage process are Ba(OH)2 and/or BaC03, respectively. These aspects will be discussed and clarified in the following sections. 

It is worth noticing that the N2 concentration of 360ppm in Figure 6.10 corresponded more likely to that expected from reaction (5) (400ppm) and was significantly lower than that derived from reaction (4) (660ppm). This eventually confirms that nitrates are the most abundant species when the storage process has been extended to saturation (Section 2 in Chapter 3). 

This implies that water inhibits the reactions responsible for the formation of nitrates. Still, the promoting effect of water at low temperature on NO stored up to the NO breakthrough and up to catalyst saturation might be associated with the participation of surface hydroxyls in the storage process. 

Several reaction steps may occur in the course of the oxygen storage process [24,26] ... 

One oxygen atom out of four (among those, which are associated with Ce ions) is available in the storage process. 

OSC of Ce Zr Oi mixed oxides is higher than that of pure ceria. It may also be higher than the theoretical OSC, which proves that several oxygen layers can be involved in the storage process.

Insulin binds to a specific receptor on the cell surface and exerts its metabolic effect by a signaling pathway that involves a receptor tyrosine kinase phosphorylation cascade. Note that insulin stimulates storage processes and at the same time inhibits degradative pathways.
