Sales quotas

When the sun goes down, I head home. I download my computer notes to the home office, answer email questions, finish paper work and expense reports, review my call success, determine my sales quota attainment, prepare a list of calls for the next day, set goals for myself, answer my voicemails, and then relax. 

Both times before I won Top Salesman in my division, I had already won Top Salesman in my division in my head. Before I won my sales awards, I envisioned myself accepting the award and giving a brief, yet thoughtful, and thankful speech. Before I make my quotas, I know how and when I will reach my sales quotas.

How do you come up with an inside sales quota You take your number of daily meaningful interactions (say, 50 in this case), multiply that by 20 (because there are generally 20 business days in a month), and multiply again by two-thirds (because we know the reps are only spending two-thirds of their time qualifying leads). This gives you a target of interactions per month per inside sales person.

For the import items that require a licence or a quota certificate, importers must apply to the Ministry of Foreign Trade. The Letter of Credit is a standard payment method used by Chinese importers for international transactions. The Bank of China has branches in major countries and can issue letters of credit for Chinese importers. The China Import and Export Bank finances foreign trade and has adopted international ISO standards.
