Since in our pharmaceutical network simulation models we deal with packets, let us explain a few aspects of packet formats. Infrared spectroscopy is used in the paint industry for quality control, product improvement and failure analysis, and for forensic identification purposes [8, 18-21], Paints are mainly comprised of polymeric binders and pigments in a dispersive medium. The petroleum industry is the largest single employer of chemists, but chemists are also highly visible in medicine, government, chemical manufacturing, the food industry, and mining. 

The test is mainly useful for quality control, production control, comparison screens and specification testing. Poor correlation between test results obtained by this method and flammability under actual use conditions exist and therefore cannot be used as a criterion for Are hazard.
