Is there an organization chart/are therejob descriptions, defining the responsibilities for quality ... 

There should be an organization chart for the company showing individual functions and to whom they are responsible. Job descriptions should clearly indicate responsibilities for quality. The assessor should read the job description of the quality assurance/improvement coordinator as well as of a few managers and supervisors to establish the answer to the question. 

Draw an organization chart for a governmental air pollution control organization which is limited by budget to 10 professional persons.

The organization chart shown in Figure 6.3-2 shows the Quality Assurance Manager high in the organization, to achieve independence of QA as required by 10CFR50 Appendix B. 

You can show compliance with this requirement by defining where the auditors fit into the organization by means of an organization chart and by giving position titles in the reports of the audit.

To be successful, an LSMBS requires a clear definition of the responsibilities of each participating individual or group. Preparation of an organization chart may be appropriate, as would its inclusion in the study protocol. Key study participants could include Study Directors, Principal Investigators in the sample collection and analytical phases, sponsor representatives, technical consultants, residue analytical laboratories, and QA specialists.

The quality manual shall provide a description of the structure of the construction organization. Responsibility, authority, and interrelation may be indicated by such means as organization charts, flowcharts, and/or job descriptions. These shall be included in the quality manual. 

Figure 12.8 displays an organization chart of various quantitative methods, in an effort to better understand their similarities and differences. Note that the first discriminator between these methods is the direct versus inverse property. A thorough job description for each employee and an organization chart showing the relationship of an individual to the rest of the staff must be docmnented. 

Both causes may be advocated for the widespread distribution of the silaffins. The periodic table, which has been revised and expanded since Mendeleyev, is still one of the most useful tools in chemistry.
