Years ago, the choice of a programming language was a very simple one. Chemistry was dominate almost entirely by the Fortran language. Today, the choice is mainly made between Fortran, Pascal, and Basic. Because each of them has its own 

2 - writing the selected algorithm in a high level language (source file) using a 

3 - compiling the source file with the corresponding compiler (some compilers 

4 - correcting the source file for typographical and syntax errors if compiler

In recent years, the three-level system of NDT experts certification, which corresponds to the EN 473, is being introduced m Ukraine The unified Rules of NDT Experts Certification will be introduced in the near future. This work is headed by the State Committee of Ukraine on Labour Safety), and with the aim of the most expedient transition to EN 473, the National Certification Committee of Ukraine on NDT was established by the initiative of US NDT TD. The Committee has the tasks of preparing the programs, procedures, questionnaires for carrying out the certification. It is a non-profit organisation which is in charge of the methodological issues of certification m the US NDT TD.

Not all existing procedures or program elements of the overall health and safety program need to be incorporated into the HASP. For example, if noise is a hazard, the plan does not have to cite the entire hearing conservation program. Procedures already established elsewhere may be referenced, as applicable. In another example, if a confined-space-entry procedure is required, the HASP could reference the particular procedure which is part of the overall program. The next step would be to identify confined spaces at the worksite where the procedure applies, and then provide appropriate implementation procedures (e.g., conditions to be monitored, evaluation of the space, issuance of an entry permit). If special operational procedures apply to the worksite, they can be attached to the HASP using an appendix.

The third (and now most common) method is to use a random number generator that is built into a calculator or computer program. Procedures for generating these are generally documented in user manuals.

For every directed edge and every link type, a list of the most similar fragments is calculated with the match-search algorithm. When a second link is found in the fragment, the dynamic programming matrix can be used in order to find the highest possible similarity value (red arrow, the part of the query which has to be matched to the link blue arrows, the compatible link types green arrows, previously calculated similarity values for these edge-link-type combinations).

A research and development program on the recovery and purification of potentially useful by-product actinides from the nuclear fuel cycle was carried out some years ago in the Federal Republic of Germany as part of the "Actinides Project" (PACT). In the course of this program, procedures for the recovery of neptunium, americium and curium isotopes from power reactor fuels, as well as procedures for the processing of irradiated targets of neptunium and americium to produce heat-source isotopes, have been developed. The history of the PACT Program has been reviewed previously (1). Most of the PACT activities were terminated towards the end of 1973, when it became evident that no major commercial market for the products in question was likely to develop. 

Table 13.3 shows the mean and the standard deviation values of the histamine concentrations in 30 commercial wines analyzed by a direct ELISA and HPLC methods (Marcobal et al. 2005) and the results of the t test obtained with the STATISTICA program (procedure T-Test for dependent samples, in the Basic Statistics and Tables module). The results revealed slightly higher results for ELISA (P < 0.05).

Spectrum analysed by a least squares, or better, by a linear programming procedure in terms of the standard spectra of the four main nucleotides. The spectra of minor components may also be included but this tends to reduce the accuracy of a determination in some cases. The method is very susceptible to the presence of impurities. This can be partly obviated by analysing spectra taken at several pH values and/or by destroying one component by UV irradiation. The Contract Laboratory Program procedure required delivery of specified documents included data summary forms, calibration data, chromatograms, and mass spectra and were generally shipped by air freight.
