Program Effectiveness

Resting on our laurels is okay when our programs are perfect and there is no progress to be made however, I am not aware of any facility whose management would agree that it has no room for improvement. There is always a need to improve. No matter how well we perform, there are always ways to make our performance better. This chapter offers ideas for how to make improvements in safety programs that will help develop safety culture. [Pg.199]

In the preceding chapters we determined where we were in the past and established the general state of our current safety culture development. Now we need to concentrate on how to get from where we are to where we want to be. This is easier than one might think.
