It is usually only possible to store the original chromatogram if TLC foils are employed or if the adsorbent layer is fixed and removed from the plate as a whole. This can be achieved by treating the chromatogram with collodium [19], adhesive [20] or plastic dispersions and exercising a little patience. [Pg.134]
