In Dynamic Spatial Reconstructor at the expense of use 2D matrix of detectors there was the opportunity to use a divergent cone beam of source emission. This system had a number of lacks. In particular the number of projections is rigidly limited by the number of x-ray sources. The dispersion of source emission results in errors of data collected.. For precise 3D-FEM simulations, a huge number of nodes is required (>30,000), which results in calculation times of several hours (sun spare 20) for one model. In order to decrease the number of nodes, we took advantage of the symmetry of the coils and calculated only a quarter or half of the test object. The Kohonen network or self-organizing map (SOM) was developed by Teuvo Kohonen [11]. It can be used to classify a set of input vectors according to their similarity. The result of such a network is usually a two-dimensional map. Thus, the Kohonen network is a method for projecting objects from a multidimensional space into a two-dimensional space. This projection keeps the topology of the multidimensional space, i.e., points which are close to one another in the multidimensional space are neighbors in the two-dimensional space as well.
