Some lymphomas are unreactive with antibodies to CD45, such as lymphomas showing plasmacytoid differentiation or anaplastic large-cell lymphomas. 

Anaplastic Large-Cell Lymphoma (ALCL). These tumors are composed of CD30-positive pleomorphic cells. There are several variants common (accounting for about 70% of cases), lymphohistiocytic (10%), small cell (< 10%), and giant cell (rare) (B11, F5, K10, S23).
