The requirements of ISO 9001 do not apply solely to one department. As everyone in some way contributes to the quality of the products and services provided by the supplier, everyone shares the responsibility for the quality of these products and services. Every manager within an organization makes a unique contribution towards the organization s purpose and mission. The achievement of quality, however, is everyone s job but only in so far as each person is responsible for the quality of what they do. You cannot hold each person accountable for ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 are implemented and maintained, as the requirements apply to the organization as a whole and not to any specific individual. It is a trait of human nature that there has to be a leader for an organization to meet an objective. It does not do it by itself or by collective responsibility - someone has to lead hence the purpose of this requirement. 

Different requirements may be filled by a single team member. One member of the team should be appointed as the team leader and the team should agree about the division of other responsibilities. The team leader should be given clear instructions on the scope of work for the team and the schedule within which they are working. This will most likely be achieved through the application of Quality Management analysis techniques. Staff can be involved in more than one team, but avoid having one person lead more... 

The amount of research and developmentin CVD is considerable in the U. S. and abroad, not only in industry but al so in universities and in many of the maj or government laboratories. Government sponsorship in most countries remains an important factor either in terms of funding or as a research leader. Organizations such as the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Energy (DOE), andNASAintheU.S., MITI and MRIM in Japan, CNRS in Franee, and others el sewhere, pi ay leading roles in the development of CVD. 

Second, we analyse the position of the leading products in the different therapeutic and generic drug markets. Project-research, a method of organizing research by stipulation of projects and allocation of these to individuals or teams of scientists in separate laboratories, was developed in the United States during World War I in research on chemical warfare. This research was initially conducted largely by academic chemists as volunteers and later by them in the Research Division of the Chemical Warfare Service of the U. S. Army. Many of the leading American chemists in the 1920s shared the common experience of research on chemical warfare. The model of project-research was tried by the leaders of the division of chemistry and chemical technology of the National Research Council in order to allocate specific research problems and foster cooperative research after the war.
