One of the most important roles associahons can assume is to create successful volunteers. This can be accomplished by combining a volunteer s innate need to serve with the tools necessary for successful leadership. It requires that the association set specific goals for volrmteer leaders, and provide recognition for a job well done. Within this framework, members are afforded the opportunity to excel at achvihes that they enjoy and that provide meaning and value for them and other members of the associahon. The payback for the volunteers is recognihon by peers for work accomplished and the right to use this accomplishment as evidence of their expertise and leadership qualihes.

Given capable processes and skilled employees, management needs to create a culture that fosters the desired behavior and that supports the natural motivation of employees to take pride in a job well done. I extend congratulations to Laszio Kurti and Barbara Czako for a truly fine accomplishment and a massive amount of work that made it possible. The scholarship and care that they brought to this task will be widely appreciated because they leap out of each page. I hope that this wonderful team will consider extending their Joint venture to other regions of synthetic chemical space. Job well done ... 

Before you turn in your work, be sure your name is on every page of your essay or exam so your instructor will know whom to praise for a job well done. If appropriate, include other pertinent information, such as your class section number or your student number. Number and clip or staple the loose pages of your essay or exam (do not rely on folded corners to hold your pages together ). 

I compliment the authors on a job well done. I hope that the text will accomplish its objective giving the analytical chemist the information to operate the ECD optimally, based upon fundamental principles, and to use the results in the evaluation of parameters associated with the thermal attachment to molecules.

I helped some with the report and wrote a long story for my paper, which I had to send by air mail to our London bureau to be wired to New York, as the Syrian Government had clapped on a tight censorship which forbade mention of any military or political matters in cabled press copy.

I felt that a get-well-quick plan was in order. This plan needed to focus on two main things. The first was buyer education about the basic activities of purchasing and inventory management and an understanding about what composed a JWD (job-well-done). The second was the need for education for each buyer on measuring his or her own job effectiveness and the appropriate steps necessary to make improvements. 

The results from this education process were very positive. The buyers felt more confident. They had a much better understanding of what was expected of them, that is, what constituted a job-well-done. Their confidence increased — and with it, their morale. 

When I won the international sales award was probably when 1 felt the most inclusion six years ago. Sometimes 1 feel that rural stores get over-looke d, but ru ral stores put money on the bottom line, sometimes at a higher percentage than metro stores. This was so inclusive because It made me feel like the playing field was level, and that the recognition for a job well done was equal.
