This Crude product (15.8 g) In water (360 ml) was added to a prehydrogenated suspension of 10% palladium on charcoal (4 g) in water (400 ml), and hydrogenation was continued for 30 minutes. LC-PB-MS has been investigated as a potential confirmatory method for the determination of malachite green in incurred catfish tissue (81) and of cephapirin, furosemide, and methylene blue in milk, kidney, and muscle tissue, respectively (82).
