Internal records

Several times in the preceding items the need to record and securely store information relating to intellectual property has been mentioned. The more important information produced by R D is recorded in several ways, the most common being the following.

COC forms are usually printed as white originals with one or two attached carbon reproduction copies of different colors. A sequential number often (but not always) identifies each form this number is useful for sample tracking. The carbon copy stays at the project site as part of project records, and the original is sent with samples to the laboratory. The laboratory will in turn include a fully completed original COC form with the sample data package. (Technically, a fully completed COC form should include a record of sample disposal, but in reality this never happens because laboratories document sample disposal with internal records). 

There are also internal records of work done and information gathered, which could be of great value to a competitor. These are shown schematically in Figure C8. There is also Copyright, but this is usually of little relevance in chemical R D. 

Between that issue of the quarterly Journal and the Winter, 1992 issue were 43 others, all issued on time except for a single issue combining the Summer, Fall and Winter, 1984 issues, a circumstance required by the firebombing and total destruction of the IHR by arsonists on July 4, 1984. At least 400,000 in book, video and magazine inventory, all internal records including book manuscripts, all equipment and furniture were a total loss. 

F. Humankind - the further development of the brain led to the understanding of the environment and many features of organisms. Hence, the environment became usable in constructs independent of inheritance in the DNA. External equipment could perform many desired functions. Information was passed down the generations through external and internal recording. Organization expanded enormously externally.

AU enforcanent decisions shall be confirmed to the operator in writing (Ref. [1], para. 5.22.). Internal records of decisions concerning enforcement actions and any supporting documentation should be kept in such a way that they will be readily accessible and retrievable. 

The hazardous waste organization thus starts with the laboratory itself. It is at this level that the waste is generated, collected, identified, and sometimes processed for reuse or rendered harmless. Each individual in the laboratory need not know all of the requirements under RCRA, but each person must be trained in the procedures by which the waste generated in the laboratory is to be handled before removal. Each worker must know what precautions to take to ensure that the waste will be acceptable for disposal, what information is required for each waste generated, and what internal records must accompany waste offered for disposal. 

Internal records (for manufacturer) are as follows—date and shift of manufacture, reactor/unit used for production, process conditions maintained during production, and source and analysis of raw materials used. 

Customer Feedback and Product Records A variety of records can help achieve product safety. The records help identify the extent of problems across batches and production dates. Records help when contacting product users. Internal records may include results of tests, inspections, and checks by batch, lot, or serial number. Consumer complaints and reports of problems help identify safety problems. Consumer problem reports can come from phone calls, emails, or correspondence. Consumer problems may also come from sales and service staff. Records may link product lots, batches, or serial numbers with the distribution system. Records of current ownership is also important for some products that get resold among users.

Large corporations that build hardware usually have internal records or databases of failure and safety information. Unfortunately, the data typically are available only to company employees. Often, however, calling the vendor is sufficient for them to send you the information you may need. Insurance companies are another source of information. 

In practice an experienced user will not steadily calculate the costs, but will regard for the choice of the system company internal records and conditions of usage. Therefore, battery-powered and IC-powered systems wUI have their specific area of employment.
