Plan development implementation case study

Developed frameworks are applied to the specific industry problem to monthly plan a global chemical commodity value chain by volumes and values. Sub-objectives are to elaborate characteristics and planning requirements for a global commodity value chain in the chemical industry and to develop, implement and evaluate the respective model. Research question 2 is directed to a real industry case study demonstrating the real existence of formulated requirements, showing the applicability of the developed model in reality and evaluating the model using industry data. 

The case study demonstrated how the company can use the developed model in decision support. Having implementing the global value chain planning process and model the company could significantly improve overall profitability of the business. Specifically, the spot price mechanism used to better coordinate sales and supply decisions showed a significant impact for the company. 

Case studies 2 and 6 that had the most highly developed OHS MS infrastructure also had extremely high levels ofresidual risk associated with the physical workplace. In both these cases plans for treating the risk at the root cause by replacing obsolete equipment or processes were in hand, but dates for implementation of the improvement projects were often significantly delayed or indefinitely on hold . The ethics of such decisions may need to be carefully scrutinized, especially where imnecessary delays or a lack of commitment to the improvement process is apparent. 

Some readers may view fhese few chapfers as "reruns" that describe programs such as TQM. Indeed, the TQM philosophy and tool set are relevant to implementing supply chain change. We noted in Chapter 7 that our case-study company. Acme, had only begun its journey to supply chain improvement with the development of necessary fasks. Too many organizations make excellent plans but fail in execution. So we give fhe subject of implementation its due here. 

Finally, this case study raises questions about the suitability of foreign health policy and production models to the African context. If Brazil s original plan was to help Mozambique to replicate its own domestic experience in the AIDS fight and in pharmaceutical production, the implementation of this factory project exposed Brazil s limited familiarity with the development cooperation conundrum, but also the relevance of the differences between the two contexts (Russo et al., 2014). If some of the holdups in the project could be attributed to the relative lack of experience of Brazilian civil servants borrowed from their domestic duties to implement a cooperation project in the African continent, this case study probably shows that solutions that have proved effective elsewhere are hard to replicate in Mozambique for more than just one reason. 

Thus, the method described above allows us to obtain a number of new physical results partially presented in this communication. These calculations are carried out in the Hartree-Fock approximation for multi-electron systems and are exact solutions of the Schrodinger equation for the single-electron case. As the following development of the method we plan to implement the configuration interaction approach in order to study correlation effects in multi-electron systems both in electric and magnetic fields.
