While alarm cheek valves are devices for the main risers, it would be impossible to put these alarm valves after every special hazard control valve. Even floor control valves would not usually have alarm check valves. The paddle or vane t5q)e alarms are best suited for these areas. This can be discovered by regular testing but this could leave the pieces in the system.
