Useful film-forming resin adhesives include polyvinyl esters and ethers and their copolymers and interpolymers with ethylene and vinyl monomers, acrylic resins and their copolymers, polyvinyl alcohol, water dispersion of polyolefin resins, polystyrene copolymers such as polystyrene butadiene, polyamide resins, natural rubber dispersions, and natural and modified carbohydrates (starch or carboxycellulose).
