The combined results of all the electron microscopic measurements alluded to in this section as well as results that had been reported by other laboratories present a model for the holoenzyme CFo F, embedded in a lipid bilayer, as shown in the lower portion of Fig. 6 (D). In this model, the a- and P-subunits in CFi are shown distributed in two overlapping layers, with the a-subunits closer to CFq. The smaller y-, 8- and e-subunits are asymmetrically distributed in the center surrounded by the a- and P-subunits. The implemention of KIVCET smelting technology over the last two years has mandated some changes in the leaching circuits of the zinc operations. As well, Cominco is working towards many strategic capacity, optimization and reliability enhancement projects with a view to producing more zinc in the future. 

Project engineering and management consists of a number of types of individual activity, surrounded by a mass of information flow, which connects the activities according to certain procedures. The scope for enhancing project performance by utilizing advanced management information systems has been obvious since more powerful computers became generally available. Many such systems have been and continue to be developed. A few of the typical features and aspirations follow. 

The Bay of Quinte is a shallow eutrophic embayment on the northeastern shore of Lake Ontario. A wildlife habitat enhancement project was recently implemented, in 1985 through 1987, in Big Island Marsh of this bay. The project required the annual cutting of several kilometers of channels through dense aquatic vegetation (i.e. cattails). In total, approximately 10% of the cattails in the marsh were removed in an effort to create open-water habitat for ducks, geese and muskrats and to increase aquatic tracheophyte diversity (E. Lander, pers. 

As time has moved on, a project management profession has developed with its own views on PJLCs. The UK Association for Project Management (APM) describes a four-phase life cycle comprising concept, definition, implementation, and handover and closeout (APM 2006). The APM also provides an extended life cycle that is described as a product lifecycle, a through-life structuring where product improvements and maintenance, such as mid-life updates, can be run as enhancement projects within the operations phase of the PjLC. 

All our Process Enhancement Projects are reviewed monthly to ensure that they are on track and delivering the on-going results as promised. We have a much better track on our performance which helps us with the prioritization - we are still refining that but we are definitely a long way ahead of last year (Senior Manager)... 

Recently Ladanyi has extended the work on N2 and CO2 by examining the induced terms given by a site-site DID model. This model allows for the distribution of polarizable matter within the molecule (c.f the discussion of section 2) by representing the molecular polarizability by an isotropic point polarizability on each interaction site and taking all orders of intra-molecular DID interactions into account. For COo her results are appreciably different from Frenkel and McTague s. In particular there is an enhanced projection of the induced terms along and a better timescale separation between the allowed and collision-induced processes so that the total spectrum resembles the reorientational spectrum more closely.
