In addition, the separator temperature and pressure of the surface facilities are typically outside the two-phase envelope, so that no liquids form during separation. This makes the prediction of the produced fluids during development very simple, and gas sales contracts can be agreed with the confidence that the fluid composition will remain constant during field life in the case of a dry gas.

Deficiency. Macrocytic anemia, megaloblastic anemia, and neurological symptoms characterize vitamin B 2 deficiency. Alterations in hematopoiesis occur because of the high requirement for vitamin B 2 for normal DNA repHcation necessary to sustain the rapid turnover of the erythrocytes. Abnormal DNA repHcation secondary to vitamin B 2 deficiency produces a defect in the nuclear maturational process of committed hematopoietic stem cells. As a result, the erythrocytes are either morphologically abnormal or die during development. 

Amphibians. Amphibians are highly susceptible to endocrine disruption during development of the larval form and during metamorphosis. The action of metamorphosis is triggered and controlled by the thyroid gland via an increase in triiodothyronine and a decrease in thyroxine, and differs greatly between oviparous and viviparous species. Experimentally, it has been shown that disruption during this sensitive period can lead to malformations and adverse impacts on immune and reproductive functions. 

Perhaps the most useful application of ISS stems from its ability to monitor very precisely the concentration and thickness of contaminants on metals during development of optimum processing and cleaning operations. The next step is to talk to individual task managers or others who can expect to perform the work. This may include subcontractors or other personnel who will perform work on the site. If contractors are involved, a decision should be made as to the relationship and responsibility for overall safety responsibility.
