Direction of inclination

A ligand such as ethylenediamine is not planar and has a spiral form (gauche) giving rise to further forms. When the direction of one C—C bond in one ethylenediamine is parallel to the 3-fold axis the isomer is termed the le( form, when it is inclined to the axis it is termed the ob form.

These are made up of a large number of wide, shallow blades with a very large inlet area relative to the wheel diameter. For equal duty the speeds are lower than other centrifugal fans. They are sometimes called multivane the operating efficiencies are in the 65-75% range. They consist of a large number of relatively small blades mounted on the impeller. The blade tips are inclined toward the direction of rotation. The actual flow rate can be 2.5 times as high as the same size backward-curved fan.

Centrifugal A fan in which air enters the impeller with an axial direction substantially parallel to the radial plane. The impeller is defined as backward curved, inclined, radial, or forward curved depending on whether the outward direction of the blade at the periphery is backward, inclined, radial, or forward relative to the direction of the rotation. 

The parallelization of crystallites, occurring as a result of fiber drawing, which consists in assuming by crystallite axes-positions more or less mutually parallel, leads to the development of texture within the fiber. In the case of PET fibers, this is a specific texture, different from that of other kinds of chemical fibers. It is called axial-tilted texture. Corrective jetting runs Action taken with a directional jet bit to change the direction or inclination of the borehole. 

Deflection tools Drilling tools and equipment used to change the inclination and direction of the drilled wellbore. 

Mechanical technique Utilizes bottomhole equipment which is not normally a part of the conventional drillstring to aid deviation control. This equipment acts to force the bit to turn the hole in direction and inclination. 

Dogleg Total curvature in the wellbore consisting of a change of inclination and/or direction between two points. 

Dogleg severity A measure of the amount of change in the inclination and/ or direction of a borehole usually expressed in degrees per 100 ft of course length. 

Hole curvature Refers to changes in inclination and direction of the borehole. 

Jet bit deflection A method of changing the inclination angle and direction of the wellbore by using the washing action of a jet nozzle at one side of the bit. 

Spud bit In directional drilling, a special bit used to change the direction and inclination of the wellbore. 

The original hole direction and inclination were measured to be S60°W and 6°, respectively. To obtain a new hole direction of S75°W with an inclination angle of 7°, a whipstock with the deflection angle of 2° was used and oriented correctly. 

After drilling 90 ft, a checkup measurement was performed that revealed that the hole direction is S72°W and the inclination is 6°30 .
