On the horizon Microsoft released Windows Me just as the A+ test objectives were being finalized. Because of the timing of its debut. Me will not be part of the exam. It is an interactive tool for Windows and Macintosh that lets users create mathematical notation for word processing and desktop publishing documents, web pages, and presentations. Their product WebEQ builds interactive mathematics on the web.

The third element is to consolidate service offerings into highly standardized infrastructure products. Once service offerings are stable and the organization is bundled, internal operations can be standardized. The objective of service standardization is to improve stability by reducing the number of technical platforms, and to reduce engineering and deployment costs as the products are built only once. To keep the cost low, I decided we needed to employ the lower-cost o-Cl-HABI, and to prevent the final product from competing with Dylux proof papers, I added a trace of the red dye Rhodamine 5G. This actually improved visual contrast.
