Commissioning projects

Commission projects currently in progress include studies on the relevance of impurities in technical-grade pesticides the disposal and degradation of pesticide waste and regulatory limits for pesticide residues in water. 

Experts in WP2 and in WP3 prepared standardized forms (questionnaires) for the collection of relevant information at national level on available diets and residues from local and international monitoring programs. Such questionnaires are be encompleted on-line by the coordinator or by the institution addressed by the co-ordinator before the end of the first reporting period. Instructions on how to complete the questionnaire are on the web-site (see below) and have been communicated to the Commission Project Officer.

The unilateral EU target of -20% compared with 1990 will be implemented by a 21% reduction in the EU ETS compared with 2005, plus a further reduction of 10% below 2005 levels in the non-ETS sectors. Modelling by the European Commission projects that this will lead to a carbon price of 39 per tonne CO e, which is approximately 50 at current exchange rates (European Commission, 2008a).

Further, the advertisement should state that finalists to be interviewed will be required to present comprehensive evidence of a prior similar commissioning project commissioning schedules, component and equipment verification testing procedures, system functional performance testing procedures, and final documentation of all tests. This will discourage unqualified firms from applying since they will not be able to meet the interview requirements. 

It is important to identify the firm s experience in the commissioning field. Specifically, it is important to know of successful commissioning projects of similar type and complexity.

This preliminary list of accidents results from the application of the general safety assessment methodology mentioned earlier and currentiy under development for liquid-fuel reactors. The next steps for this safety evaluation will take place under the framework of the Horizon2020 European Commission project SAMOFAR starting in the second half of 2015 up to 2019.
