Bills of credit

I. No State shall enter into any treaty, alliance or confederation, grant letters of marque and reprisal, coin money, emit bills of credit, make any thing but gold and silver a legal tender in payment of debts pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility [Art. i, sect. 10]. ... 

The extension of the prohibition to bills of credit must give pleasure to every citizen in proportion to his love of justice, and his knowledge of the true springs of public prosperity. The loss which America has sustained since the peace, from the pestilent effects of paper money, on the necessary confidence between man and man on the necessary confidence in the public councils on the industry and morals of the people, and on... 

Article xii. All bills of credit emitted, monies borrowed and debts contracted by, or under the authority of congress, before the assembling of the United States, in pursuance of the present confederation, shall be deemed and considered as a charge against the United States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said United States, and the public faith are hereby solemnly pledged.

The payback periods of alternative energy installations range from 5 to 20 years, with solar hot water systems being the least expensive and solar-hydrogen systems the most. The payback period for installing a photovoltaic (PV) electricity-generating system in California is about 15 years. This number is based on a home with a monthly electricity bill of 100, an installed system cost of 50,000, and a rebate plus tax credit of 20,000. The Minimum Payment Due each month shall be reduced by the amounts paid in excess of the Minimum Payment Due during the previous three months which have not already been so applied in determining the Minimum Payment Due in such earlier months, unless you have exceeded your line of credit or have paid the entire New Balance shown on your billing statement. 

I saw a situation where the bank closed downabusiness because they ran out of credit. Part of this was caused by members in the supply chain not paying their bills in a timely manner. The company was toward the beginning of the supply chain so maity downstream organizations suffered as a result of this move. This is hard to predict, so each company needs to be aware of the status of their supplier s financial health.

These documents evidence accounting information used by accountants and are available for current and future review by independent certified public accountants. 

Many of the foreign companies don t take credit cards and are used to having their payment wired to them usually as a bank transfer. In such a case one just hands some 100 bills to a bank teller and asks her to send the balance to the foreign company s bank account.
