Bachelor of science

Ellison earned a master of science in chemistry from the University of California, Irvine. His graduate research involved methods to synthesize poisons extracted from Colombian poison dart frogs. He has a bachelor of science in chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and Federation of American Scientists. In addition to his works on weapons of mass destruction, he is the author of a chapter on the hazardous properties of materials in the sixth edition of the Handbook on Hazardous Materials Management, a textbook published in 2002 by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. 

Dr. James N. Parker received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from the University of California, Riverside and his M.D. from the University of California, San Diego. In addition to authoring numerous research publications, he has lectured at various academic institutions. Dr. Parker is the medical editor for health books by ICON Health Publications. 

An aspiring perfumer must have a discriminating sense of smell. As well, a perfumist should obtain at least a bachelor of science degree in chemistry, or a degree in chemical engineering. There are few formal schools for perfumers, so... 

Brian Einsla was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, in 1978. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 in Chemistry at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is currently a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Macromolecular Science and Engineering program at VPI SU. His research interests have centered around sulfonated heterocyclic copolymers for fuel cell applications, including polyimides, polybenzoxazoles, and polybenzimidazoles. 

Crippin graduated from Missouri Western State College in St. loseph, Missouri, in 1977 with a bachelor of science degree in biology. 

Italy. The University of Turin offers a three-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) in organic farming. The University of Tuscia offers a three-year BSc in ecological agriculture. The two, in collaboration with FESIA and the Agricultural University of Norway, also offer a two-year international MSc in agroecology. 

Dr. Randolph earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and biology from Wayland College in Texas. He also holds a Ph.D. in experimental pathology from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was introduced to his scientific career in clinical laboratory science at the Armed Forces Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, Texas during a 4-year tour of duty in the U.S. Army between 1972 and 1976. 

Drexler was born in Oakland, California, on April 25, 1955. He grew up in Lafayette, Indiana New Haven, Connecticut Cincinnati, Ohio Denver, Colorado and Monmouth, Oregon. In 1973, he began studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), from which he eventually earned his bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary science in 1977. 

J. Subhash Chandra, born in 1978 (Calcutta, India), received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 1998 from Pondicherry University, India. He then completed his Masters in Chemistry from the University of Hyderabad, India. He started his Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor P. V. Ramachandran at the Herbert C. Brown Center for Borane Research, Department of Chemistry, Purdue University, as an International Graduate Scholar in the Fall of 2000. After completing his Ph.D. in Summer 2005, he worked with Professor Amos B. Smith, III, at the University of Pennsylvania as a postdoctoral research assistant from Fall 2005 to Summer 2006. He is currently working with Professor M. Venkat Ram Reddy at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Minnesota Duluth. 

It is therefore important to note some pertinent facts related to the assignment of police personnel to scientific units of the semi-military police agencies in this country. A ques-tionaire to which 100 police units responded revealed that "Of the total number of 459 civilian personnel employed in crime laboratories, almost all possess Bachelor of Science or equivalent degrees. Of the 623 full-time police personnel, only a fraction hold Bachelor of Science degrees. The areas of document examination, firearms comparison. have the lowest number of degree holders." (2). 

Dr. Thomas A. Unger obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at die Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), and his Doctor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1958, also at M.I.T. 

Taka Hiraishi obtained his Bachelor of Science (1966) and Masters of Science for Industrial Chemistry (1968) from Tokyo University in Japan. He joined the Ministry of Labour (Occupational Health and Safety Department) in April 1968 and moved to the newly-established Environment Agency in 1971, where he worked in the fields of offensive odours, acid rain, the ozone layer, hazardous wastes, hazardous chemicals and water pollution, till 1996. 

Previously, Dr. Kim had served as Professor of Chemistry and History of Science at Sookmyung Women s University, Korea, and as distinguished Professor at Myongji University, Korea, for thirty years. Dr. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Seoul National University, Korea, (1966) and a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, United States (US) (1971). 

In May 2001,103 of the 434 graduates received the Bachelor of Science degree in an area of science or mathematics. Thirty-five percent of the 2001 class planned to attend graduate school immediately. 

Daryl R. Myers is a Senior Scientist at NREl. In 1970 He received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, School of Engineering. Prior to joining NREL in 1978, he worked for four years at the Smithsonian Institution Radiation Biology Laboratory in Rockville Maryland, and is a Cold War veteran, serving as a Russian linguist in the United States Army from 1970 to 1974. He has over 32 years of experience in terrestrial broadband and spectral solar radiation physics, measurement instrumentation, metrology... 

Dr. Veenema received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Columbia University in 1980 and went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing Administration (1992) and a Master in Public Health (1999) from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. In 2001, she earned a PhD in Health Services Research and Policy from the same institution. Dr. Veenema is a nationally certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and worked for many years in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Strong Memorial Hospital (Rochester, New York). 

Ingrid A. Lobo was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Currently, she is a graduate student in the Waggoner Center for Alcohol and Addiction Research at the University of Texas at Austin working towards her Ph.D. This is her first book. 

Dr. Ruben was born in San Francisco November 5, 1913. He was graduated from the Berkeley High School in December 1930, and took his Bachelor of Science degree in 1935 at the University Of California. In 1936 he held the James Monroe McDonald scholarship in chemistry at the university, was a teaching assistant there in 1936-37, and was an Abraham Rosenberg research fellow in chemistry at the university in, 1937-38, receiving his Ph.D. in 1938. His doctoral thesis was entitled Studies in Artificial Radioactivity. At the time of his death he was an assistant professor of chemistry. 

Donald Cairns obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde in 1980 and after a pre-registration year spent in hospital pharmacy, he returned to Strathclyde to undertake a PhD on the synthesis and properties of benzylimidazolines. Following a year as a postdoctoral research fellow in the department of pharmacy at Sunderland Polytechnic (now the University of Sunderland), Dr Cairns moved to Leicester Polytechnic (now De Montfort University) where he held a five-year lectureship in Pharmacy In 1992 Dr Cairns was appointed senior lecturer in medicinal chemistry in Sunderland School of Pharmacy and in 2003 moved to his present post of Associate Head of the School of Pharmacy at The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. In 2006, he was promoted to Professor of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry at RGU. 

Kendall, Edward Calvin (1886-1972) American Biochemist Edward Calvin Kendall was born on March 8, 1886, in South Norwalk, Connecticut. He was educated at Columbia University and obtained a bachelor of science degree in 1908, a master s degree in chemistry in 1909, and a Ph.D. in chemistry in 1910.
