The question on the availability of expiry dates is mainly due to the fact that such dates exist for medicaments and food products. If such dates are mainly based on administrative rules, for medicaments scientific knowledge and specific studies are performed on stability. Still several differences exist between CRMs and drugs. 

In backward chaining the rules are evaluated starting from the conclusion (i.e., server is connected) and finding out the necessary condition. In first iteration the access must be granted (rule 4) to connect to the server. To grant access, the server must be online — one of the given assertions — and the user must be an administrator (rule 2). Since the online criterion is one of the given assertions, rule 3 holds the condition to be fulfilled.

Pennsylvania has no requirement that the claimant be actively seeking work. In ten states (Alaska, Arizona, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas) the requirement that the claimant be actively seeking work is by administrative rule, rather than by statute. After having first concentrated on the establishment of administrative rules ie, environmental protection rules, the public interest has been focusing on civil law ie, liability schemes complementary to protection rules respectively. It is argued that (strict) liability rules are deemed not only to ensure compensation for the party who suffered the damage, but also ensure that the operators behave in most responsible manner in order to avoid possible liability. 

The workers compensation commission or board in each state normally develops administrative rules and regulations for the administration of workers compensation claims in the state. 

This accident prevention regulation is closely related to the requirements of the European standard for Injection molding machines EN 201.
