The University of Georgia College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

All states require continuing pharmaceutical education for licensure renewal. The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredits most education that pharmacists receive to maintain their license. Many state boards of pharmacy also accredit continuing pharmaceutical education programs. ACPE is focusing on continuing professional development for evaluating pharmacist competency.
