Static imaging

The importance of this information on biochemical reactions is emphasized by the fact that an image of the poster is also accessible on the ExPASy seiwer [20]. However, for this purpose, the poster has only been scanned. The ExPASy server provides a static image of the information on this web site, augmented only by links to additional information. 

Verro et al. [53] evaluated the risk associated with the presence of alachlor herbicide in surface waters (released by drift and runoff) from Lombardia region (Northern Italy). They applied a GIS-based model for representing the obtained PECs in risk maps showing a static image of a worst-case simulation in each river subbasin. 

The filtered and secreted marker may irreversibly bind to renal tubule, making their quantification in urine of little value. They are primarily used for static imaging of the kidneys and to obtain information about the functional renal mass. Tc-dimercaptosuccinic acid and Tc-glucoheptonate are good examples of such markers [172 -175].

Figure 8.3 shows vector pictures for the four RP spin states in an external magnetic field. A static image is insufficient to visualize this model, and we must remember that all the electron magnetic moments are in constant precession about the direction of the magnetic field at their respective Larmor frequencies. 

However, the automated methods that have been described above have been applied to datasets of static images. An area of intensive current work is therefore to extend these approaches to time-series images. 

Static imaging experiments conducted on fluid-saturated samples are used to determine porosity distributions. Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) imaging is used to evaluate the spin density. The local relaxation is modeled in order to estimate the intrinsic magnetization intensity, which is proportional to the amount of saturating fluid. 

By comparing multiple static images representative of different points in the course of catalysis or other functional role, we stand a better chance of discerning the sequence of micro events reflected in the molecule s unique structure and chemical capability. In the SCIRun software the 3-D image can be freely rotated, and this ability provides the viewer with a clear impression of the shape of the various anatomical features, which is less apparent in the static images. In the foreground sections of Figure 6.11, the two maxillary processes can be seen as clearly separated tissues. However, in several background sections, it is possible to discern that tissue with essentially identical spectral properties approximates with the maxillary processes. 

Wood notes that the static image interaction with a sphere is smaller than with a plane. Note, however, that the coupling at optical frequencies is stronger due to the effects mentioned above. Gersten showed that at the tip of a perfect metal ellipsoid of aspect ratio of 10 1 to 50 1 the image is small at any reasonable distance.
