Test sequence

Factory Acceptance Tests cannot be nsed in place of OQ tests that clearly need the system to be in the operational environment, e.g., control loop testing, instrument calibration tests, and sequence testing in conjunction with the process eqnipment. Table 27.4 snggests some typical OQ test areas. 

Equilibrium dissociation constants were measured for the CRE24 and AP-I23 complexes of the seven peptides shown in Figure 1 (Table II). An extra wire was found in the machine. It had been previously overhauled at a workshop, where it was assumed that proper sequence testing and wire counts would be performed by the workers in the field. The workers in the field assumed that the workshop had performed the tests. A wire count would have revealed the extra wire, but no count was done, either at the workshop or in the field. Galloping tests This is a sequence test where a base cell, containing complement data from the rest of the cells in its set (i.e., the base cell is 1 but the other cells are 0). A set may be a column, row, device or adjacent cells to the base cell. 

Standardized tone sequence tests require settling, acquisition, and measurement times for each tone in the sequence. All of the advantages of multitone previously mentioned apply here as well. To fuUy mimic standard tone sequences, a multitone sequence of two or three different levels of multitone can be performed in one-tenth the time of conventional sequences. 

The operational sequence tests proved to be the most effective means for achieving lO pair and output-coverage growth. 

The APIOOO has incorporated the capability of maintaining the containment integrity following a core melt PRA sequence. Testing and analysis has shown that the in-vessel retention capability of the AP1000 provides a robust means of keeping molten core debris in the reactor vessel (Section 19.34.2.1 of Reference 8.1).

Data were collected on coupons laid up in the sequence specified for the spar as well as spars themselves. Testing was done initially with constant amplitude and then with a load sequence test characteristic of that experienced by wind turbine spars in service (Wispx).
