Seamless technique products

Intimate apparel produced by seamless technique gives seam-free, easy-care, comfort and fit, and gives a feel similar to one s second skin. Due to these, they are preferred for today s lightweight intimate apparel. In order to meet the increased demand for seamless garment, companies such as Santoni, Shima Seiki have introduced various new machines for the production of under wear, swim wear, and sanitary garments. 

As vitally important as the capabilities for experimental planning, screening, and data analysis are the procedures for preparation of inorganic catalysts. In contrast to the procedures usually applied in conventional catalyst synthesis, the synthetic techniques have to be adapted to the number of catalysts required in the screening process. Catalyst production can become a bottleneck and it is therefore necessary to ensure that HTE- and CombiChem-capable synthesis technologies are applied to ensure a seamless workflow. 

To demonstrate both design and production of ships, we have chosen several use cases per domain. Interoperability between design tools as well as seamless supplier integration into the design process facilitates successful engineering collaboration [29] (see Chap. 7). Simulation for predicting the performance of the final product and the efiiciency of production is a crucial point of related works. Several case studies illustrate details of the simulation technique. 

If all four aforementioned action fields are implemented properly, a virtual product can be created and corresponding processes can be operated. Further improvement in technology concerns the growth in importance of virtual products (see Chaps. 13 and 15). A long-term trend can be discerned, which will be enforced by new techniques like Functional Digital Mock-Up (FDMU—see Sect. 13.6) from an idealistic point of view, no real (physical) product would exist until the start of production. Virtual product presentation would be the sole representation physical prototypes would not be constructed. However, even allowing for this scenario, at least two use cases still show the need for seamless coexistence between virtual and real products for success of CE.
