Report documents recommendations development

The audit program employs contractors for completion of waste audit studies of specific industries. After the studies are completed a final report is then generated, containing recommendations and conclusions for waste reduction. The final report is used as a source document for developing the fact sheets and the WRAM for use by small quantity generators (SQG). Currently 19 different industry waste audit studies have been completed. 

The accident investigation report is written using the principles of technical documentation. Items 1-4 are objective and should not include the authors opinions. Items 5-7 appropriately contain the opinions of the authors (investigation team). This technical style allows readers to develop their own independent conclusions and recommendations. As a result of these criteria, the accident investigation report is a learning tool, which is the major purpose of the investigation. 

In order to provide useful information to support the threat evaluation process and the development of an analytical approach, the findings of the site characterization should be summarized in a report. This report is not intended to be a formal document, but simply a concise summary of information from the site activities that can be quickly assembled within an hour or two. The American Petroleum Institute developed Management of Process Hazards—API Recommended Practice 750 [15] and released it in January 1990. This sensible 16-page document is based in part on the ORC report. 

The Chlorine Institute developed and released Pamphlet 86, Recommendations to Chlor-Alkali Manufacturing Facilities for the Prevention of Chlorine Releases, [16] in October 1990. This 15-page pamphlet acknowledges the ORC report Recommendations for Process Hazards Management of Substances with Catastrophic Potential was one of the primary documents used to develop it. 

To facilitate collaborations, a document of guidelines for this was published in 1996 as lUPAC Recommendations entitled Preservation and utilization of natural biodiversity in context of the search for economically valuable medicinal biota . Two other documents have been published on the subject a technical report intended to help with drawing up contracts and an article titled Medicinal Chemistry in the Development of Societies . 

Specific strategies recommended in the second Report included curricular reform, documentation of pharmacist-patient-physician interactions, medication-use information systems, clinical training in non-ins-titutional sites, and faculty development. These strategies provided guidance and supported the work of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy s Commission to Implement Change in Pharmaceutical Education and its Center for Advancement of Pharmaceutical Education.
