Quality awareness

Does management throughout the company promote quality in order to increase quality awareness ... 

The standard requires the employee motivation process to include promotion of quality awareness on all levels. 

A market can only develop when the increased safety of chemical prodncts is recompensed by an actual willingness to pay. Private and professional chemical users only become concerned with the health and environment-related qnalities of a product (quality awareness) when they are informed effectively. Specialised journals and television news play an important role in this area. 

Consciousness may be simply - and unarguably - defined as our awareness of the world, our bodies, and ourselves. The last quality, awareness of ourselves, includes awareness of awareness, the knowledge that we are conscious. 

End users usually have good knowledge of GxP requirements however, end users are not typically engaged in the management of IT infrastructure. IT infrastructure is typically the responsibility of Information Systems or Computer Services Groups who traditionally are not familiar with regulatory expectations. As such, it is essential that the IT department quality awareness and culture is raised.

Quality comes about from an attitude of mind, not simply by writing quality manuals or buying the latest equipment or QA software. Above all, it is important that everyone involved in the analysis process should be quality aware . Everyone can be taken to include everyone from management, who must supply the resources and leadership, through the analysts to those who perform the mundane but necessary operations such as washing up, who, unless they realize how critical then-activities are in preventing cross-contamination, could completely invalidate whole batches of measurements. 

In politics, new quality awareness can be observed world-wide, also new environmental awareness and deepening safety awareness. The end of socialism has caused new business orientations of international enterprises and in parallel, it has increased the societal burdens of unemployment which need to be dealt with.
