Patch board

General Porter was one of the officers interviewed by the Patch board. When Porter appeared before the board on 13 September he carried in his hand a note he had received from Under Secretary Patterson two days before. This note was a reply to a 7 September letter from Porter to Patterson, written at the latter s request. This letter had listed arguments in favor of an independent chemical service. Patterson s note, which Porter read at the start of his testimony, included the following statements ...

In his testimony before the Patch board. Porter, in answer ro specific questions, went into more details on certain items, especially the biological warfare activities of the CWS. But essentially his arguments were rhose embodied in his letter ro the Under Secretary of War.

Isocyanates are used in the forest products industry to adhesively bond wood chips, which are then pressed to form particleboard and oriented strandboard. Urethanes are also used to fill knotholes and surface defects in finished plywood boards ( plywood patch ). These filled systems must cure rapidly and be sanded easily. 

For patch clamp measurements, the PDMS planar electrode array was plasma oxidized and then motmted in the recording system shown in Fig. 6. To electrically isolate each electrode, the partition was sealed onto the chamber bottom over an array of openings that each contained an Ag-AgCl wire and suction tubing. The Ag-AgCl wire was connected to the multiplexer chip mounted on the circuit board under the chamber. The multiplexer then connected to the input of the amplifier. The tubing connected to a suction manifold that permitted individual or global suction. 

Planar thin-film technology is applied directly on the fabric to develop a FCB. It allows the implementation of a circuit board on a plain fabric patch for wearable electronic applications. It features a soft and flexible impression, just as normal clothes do.
