Paints overview

This chapter gives an overview of GC/MS analytical procedures used for lipid determination, and a summary of the complex issue of lipid chromatographic data interpretation in paintings and archaeological objects. Some examples and case studies are also included. [Pg.192]

A large number of different color spaces exist. Most of the color spaces are just a linear transformation of the coordinate system. Each color space was created for a certain task. For instance, some color spaces were devised for paint programs, while other color spaces were devised for color perception. In this chapter we give a broad overview of the field of organic conductors, discussing in a general way the key issues that distinguish these from the more conventional conductive compounds. Stabilisation by climate control. The most desirable method to prevent damage induced by the repeated cycles of crystallisation and hydration would probably be environmental control.
