NODE command

As a general rule in the beginning the system treats all atoms as carbon atoms. Using the NODE command, NOD for short, other elements can be determined. 

To sabotage the system, the former employee set the software on his laptop to identify itself as a pumping station, and then suppressed all alarms. The former employee was the "central control station" during his intrusions, with unlimited command of 300 SCADA nodes governing sewage and drinking water alike. 

The first line of any SPICE netlist is the title line. It is used for documentation purposes only. The next few lines usually tell SPICE which analysis will be performed and what the bounds of that analysis will be. For example, we may be requesting a time domain analysis of a circuit (called a transient analysis). The information as to how long the waveform is and what increments and what section of it are of interest is defined in this section of the code. SPICE netlists generally have one function, command, or element per line (Fig. 2.1). Also defined upfront are global constants, subcircuits (models) used repeatedly in the main circuit, and instructions on which nodes are of interest in the final solution, though this structure is not mandatory. 

The system shall be designed to implement device checks (11.10(h)) including recording the location (node) of the workstation where each entry was made. Device checks enable the software application to determine whether the input being generated by a particular device is appropriate. The use of the term as appropriate does not require that device checks are performed in all cases. These checks may be used when certain devices have been selected to be legitimate sources of data input or commands. 

Event-handler procedures are not written in the usual VBA modules, but in the code modules associated with a worksheet or workbook. For example, to install a new menu command when a particular workbook is opened, put the event-handler procedure in the code window for ThisWorkbook (use the Project Explorer to locate the node for ThisWorkbook, then click on it to display the Code window). 

NetBIOS Acronym for Network Basic Input/Output System. In networking, a layer of software, originally developed in 1984 by IBM and Sytek, that links a network operating system with specific network hardware. NetBIOS provides an application program interface (API) with a consistent set of commands for requesting lower-level network services to transmit information from node to node. 

Note that when the problem is stiff (Pe>1000, or O > 20), N > 20 node points might be needed for accurate solutions. Consequently, inverting the A matrix symbolically involves lot of computational effort as the order of the matrix increases with N. It is recommended that you specify the values for the parameters and convert the entries of the A matrix to decimal points using the following Maple command before the matrix inversion ... 

When more than four node points are used, the entries of the A matrix should be decimals. This problem can be handled by using the map(A,evalf) command as given below ... 

It is recommended that one check the exponential matrix obtained using this expedited procedure with the exponential matrix obtained using Maple s exponential matrix command for at least two values of interior node points (for e.g., N = 2, 4 etc). Once it is verified that the above procedure works for a particular problem, one can use the procedure for obtaining the exponential matrix efficiently for high values of N. 

To serve as an effective retaliatory deterrent, a chemical stockpile must be able to threaten the vital elements in an enemy s force structure. These include front-line, second and third echelon troops command, control and communications centres airfields logistics facilities and transportation nodes. The deterrent should be flexible, enabling commanders to choose from an array of retaliatory options. It should facilitate chemical strikes with the agent and weapon systems which are appropriate to particular targets and accord with the mission... 

One of the key elements of each distributed platform is communication between computer nodes and management of reliable network connections. All service-driven platforms are usually focused on communication protocols and service execution using a form of network middleware. However, most do not have a service-oriented operating system that deals with efficient management of services as platform commands, front-end programming (service scripting), and rehable runtime networking. 

The telemetry link between the central hub and the remote processing nodes at CASY is a bidirectional radio frequency (RF) telemetry link. Note the telemetry link could also have been a hardwire or telephone link, however, a trade off analysis on the telemetry medium was performed and the RF link was determined to be the most desirable and cost effective approach. (A more detailed discussion of the trade off analysis of the telemetry link will follow). A bidirectional telemetry link was chosen because it allows data to be both transmitted and received at the CPIMS site as well as at the remote processing nodes. Thereby allowing the CPIMS to receive input status as well as initiate output controls commands. 

The VecTor2 post-processor can compute and output reaction forces corresponding to the nodes imposed with displacement. MATLAB codes were written as UI-SIMCOR plug-ins to implement functionalities such as receiving commands from UI-SIMCOR... 

The safety node (SCPU) has a Hardware Fault Tolerance of one (HFT = 1) based on two independent processors. Each processor controls one independent safety relay that can be de-activated (safe state) either directly commanded by safety protection or indirectly by diagnosis function. If the diagnosis detects a fatal error, it does not refresh the associated watchdog and this leads to a reset of the node. As a summary ... 

Questel has implemented a very powerful display feature, the view focus conunand (vi fo). This command displays the exact features in the indexed structure that caused the hit, and can be very valuable in ascertaining the relevancy of a particular hit. Often, the parent group in an MDARC record has no discernible chemical groups, and is represented with only a grouping of generic nodes. Likewise, when reviewing an abstract or patent specification that was retrieved by an MDARC search it may not be obvious why that document was selected, and the vi fo command can precisely determine... 

The GWSN consists of a central server and many sensor nodes. The sensor node has a wireless communication module, microcontroller, small battery, and inexpensive LI GPS module connected to a small patch anteima. At a large earthquake, the sensor nodes collect raw GPS data according to the command from a central server and share the collected data between the neighboring sensor nodes. After that, the sensor nodes determine the relative position from the neighboring sensor nodes onboard and transmit the estimated relative positions to the central server through wireless communication network. The NOD command also determines generic nodes and groups. The word generic means that atoms and groups are awarded different values (atoms or groups). During the first step the atom is labelled Gk, in a second step the atom is evaluated by the command VARIABLE (VAR) (Fig. 109). 

During a search for an exact closed substructure, substitutions are not allowed and thus automatically all atoms are saturated by hydrogen. In a substructure search this is somewhat different. The command HCOUNT (HCO) permits enter the number of H atoms which attach at particular atoms of the structure (Sect. 7.2.7). If HCOUNT is undefined, an arbitrary number of H atoms for each node is allowed, including zero. During a CSS search HCOUNTS may be changed in order to place substitutions at certain positions. 

The submarine s navigation computer is in direct commimication with the master board or Node 0, which is responsible for receiving data from all sensors via the CAN network and sending commands to activate the propellers and weights. Nodes 1, 2, 3, and 4 perform the measurement and send the data to TSlode 0 through the CAN network, as shown in Figure 7. 

Here, we have only a single field, but the solver can treat multiple fields and field-dependent source terms (if we set the "nlin" flag to "on" or use pdenonlin).
