In vitro autoradiographic studies of [ HJparoxetine-labeled serotonin uptake sites in control and MDMA-treated brains were earried out as previously deseribed (De Souza and Kuyatt 1987) to assess the neuroanatomie loealization of lesions induced by MDMA.
