First, the table (corresponding to the database containing the conformations) is loaded File > Molecular Spreadsheet > New > Database (and select the database)... 

Once TurboDisk is activated, no special commands are necessary. Simply type LOAD "filename",S or LOAD "file-name",S,l as usual. You ll be amazed at the difference. 

Before performing a second conversion one is advised to unload loaded files. Choose Unload All Files from the File menu.

You can load a file into the OPUS user interface (see Fig. 2.8) by using the Load File command from the File menu or by clicking on the icon cf located in the upper left icon bar. In this manner you open the Load Spectrum dialog box shown in Fig. 3.2. The icons in the upper line of this box have the following meaning ...

In the Browser window, a blue file icon of the file precedes the file name. The blue color indicates that the file has not yet been processed. Next to this box are the file name and a number, indicating the copy of the loaded file. Notice that you can load a file several times into the Browser. 

The command Load File has already been described in Section 3.1.

After step A-I, a new physics has been added into the model. Instead of defining a new material, we define aU parameters (including material properties) in Global Definitions right click Global Definitions and select Parameters. In Parameters, click Load File... 

Pure component parameters for 92 components, and as many binary interaction parameters as have been established, are cited in Appendix C. These parameters can be loaded from formated cards, or other input file containing card images, by subroutine PARIN. 

All CD s are stored in a CD-jukebox (100 CD s per jukebox), and are accessible to all HP9000 workstations under HP-UX 9.05 via the fXOS software (Ixos-Jukeman VI.3b). The Ixos-Jukeinan software has a slow time response for filenames searches on the jukeboxes. This problem has been encompassed. Laborelec has developed a dedicated static database software. This database is loaded once for all after burning and verifying CD s. All CD s are read from the jukebox and all the filenames are saved in this database. One jukebox can contain more than 65.000 records. This dedicated software retrieves files from jukebox almost instantaneously. 

Hardware can accept additional memory required to load the software and modiJfy the largest data file needed. 

File I Open allows you to load a data file (stream data) that you previously saved with this program. 

Load and Extract - converts information to/from the generic output found in the Models and Results Database (MAR-D) file format to/from the SAPHIRE database file. 

Load existing Gausskm input file or convert a molecular structure. 

Make sure that both the Load Generated File and Edit Generated File options are checked, and then click the Convert button. 

Click on the blue cell that contains the program name (LinReg) (A) to load and start the LINREG.exe-file. 

The appearance of the programs is modeled on the familiar Windows surface to reduce the number of hurdles the reader encounters. For instance, loading a data file is accomplished by means of the standard Open-File window. 

The MARS program access resource file data by means of general functions which allow the program to load the necessary resource file into memory, search for variables, edit variables, and re-save the file to disk. Any number of resource files can be loaded into memory at once. Even quite large resource files are loaded rapidly into memory since the data is packed and no assignments are made at that time. The search and replace functions are also so fast that data access time is never perceptible. 

In distributed systems, each participating site must be equipped with a desktop or a laptop computer loaded with the distributed data collection system software to collect and enter data locally. In addition, each site is provided with necessary storage devices such as tapes, zip diskettes, and CDs and peripheral devices such as printers. Collected data are transferred periodically to the central location as files saved on storage devices, via phone modems, by FTP, or through wireless communications, where they are managed by a centralized data management system. 

Laboratory data may consist of many different collections of tests, such as ECG laboratory tests, microbiologic laboratory tests, and other therapeutic-indication-specific clinical lab tests. However, laboratory data traditionally consist of results from urinalysis, hematology, and blood chemistry tests. Traditional laboratory data can come from what are called local laboratories, which are labs at the clinical site, or from central laboratories where the clinical sites send their samples for analysis. Often when the laboratory data come from a central laboratory, there is no physical CRF page for the data and they are loaded into the clinical data management system directly from an electronic file. Local laboratory data may be represented with a CRF page such as this ... 

At the present time the only online facility that we provide for analyzing the data is the display function, which provides graphical outputs tailored to the data in the diffraction data files. The user specifies the run number for the data he wishes to plot. The display program then loads the header from the appropriate data file and determines what kind of plot to display. The user can dump the resulting plot to the printer to provide a record of his experiment. The "revise file" function can be used to create auxiliary files for plotting selected features of the data. 

All tests within the activities of Section 6.2.4 are recorded and documented in file (F). A similar test protocol for the loading and unloading installation GT50/95/2 must be established. However no example can be given, since this kind of equipment can be based on very different design layouts.
