The efficiency of the in vivo transfection of APCs after intradermal application of liposomal pEGFPL-33A DNA (80 pg) to the left flank of C57BL/6 mice was analyzed by flow cytometry.

All the firing tests have been performed with respect to the NIJ norm level n (NH Standard 0101.04, 2011), which corresponds to 9 mm ammunition at a speed of 358 m/s. Six shots have been carried out, two on the right flank, two on the left flank, one in the middle of the body armour and one on the nipple. Pre-mRNA processing is performed by a complex called the spliceo-some. This is composed of small molecules of RNA known as small nuclear RNA (snRNA) and proteins to form several different types of small nuclear rihonucleoprotein (snRNP usually pronounced snurps ). One type of snRNP binds to the 5 end (or left flank) of the intron while another type of snRNP binds to the 3 end (or right flank) of the intron.

The plan of operation was practicable and uncomplicated. Corporal Tirrell, his weapon concealed in a burlap sack, was to advance as far as possible in the shallow trench, thirty yards from his objective. As a diversion, three men with automatic weapons were to crawl around on the left flank and fire at the rear of the bunker. Lieutenant Davidson, Sergeant King, and four riflemen were to take positions behind the breastwork, ready to rush the bunker with rifle fire and grenades in the wake of the flame thrower. Corporal Tirrell was to advance at least five yards beyond the end of the trench before releasing the flame and was to keep advancing until the fuel was exhausted.
