Coal-water slurries and waste coals such as anthracite culm and bituminous gob provide significant opportunities to utilities, industries, and independent power producers. These opportunity fuels result from both past and preseiit mining practices. They are typically high ash fuels they may be high moisture fuels as well. [Pg.122]
